Apostle William U. Chinebu is the President/ Visioner of William U. Chinebu World Outreach a.k.a. W. U. Chinebu Ministries. He is also the General Overseer/Founder of Believers Bible Church International with headquarters in Cotonou, Republic of Benin, West Africa.
He is a teacher of the Word, and an educator. His ministry is characterized with manifestations of the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit. His messages centre on the empowerment of believers to discover and take their rightful place in God and then move on to empower others. He travels extensively and features as a speaker in national and international conferences.

The Mandate
"I send you into a sick and dying world to bring healing and restoration through the instrumentality of the Word, Prayer, and Praise".
This is the mandate God has given to His messenger, Apostle William U. Chinebu, a mandate in furtherance of the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ; a mandate to help strengthen the brethren in the Body of Christ. God continues to use His servant to minister His Word in the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit with signs following.
The vision that God gave His servant gave birth to the formation of William U. Chinebu World Outreach, a.k.a. William U. Chinebu Ministries in January 2000 in Cotonou, Republic of Benin, West Africa. This ministry has seen many people saved, delivered, and built up in the Lord.
Our focus is soul-winning, making disciples and ministering to orphans, widows, prisoners, etc. Our crusades and radio programs have seen many won to Jesus and many others healed and or delivered from demonic activities.
Rev. (Mrs.) Sally William-Chinebu
Prophetess (Mrs.) Sally William-Chinebu is by training a lawyer and by calling a Minister of God. She operates in the prophetic and evangelistic graces of ministry.
This multi-talented and indefatigable warrior is committed to seeing the Kingdom of God advance on the earth. She works side-by-side her husband to see the accomplishment of the vision of this ministry.
